OMG, seriously, the ONLY person running against Randy is Rudy???????? Instead of discussing who would be the best choice for Santee, I have to figure out which is the WORST of the two. As much as I hate it, Randy will no doubt be reelected. Is the Mayor of Santee job that horrible or that difficult? Why, and I mean why, does no one want to run against Randy except for the ones that don't have a chance of being elected?

Well at least there will be an election for Mayor this year with Rudy running. While you may not see a strong competitor for the office, it does keep the Incumbents from being appointed government workers instead of elected Representatives of the People. I am the candidate running against Jack Dale for City Council and I am the person that will give you a REAL choice for the first time in almost two decades. Elect Maggie Acerra to the Santee City Council if you are sick of the bubble our city government has created for themselves.
