Readers' Choice 2012: Sporting Goods Store

The weekly Readers' Choice polls highlight the best Santee has to offer in every imaginable topic.

This week's Readers’ Choice poll asks our loyal readers which local sporting goods store is best in town.

A handful of and the iconic make the list; let us know in the comments if we missed someone, and we’ll add them:

Click on the name above to leave a review and rating on their page!

Voting closes at 9 a.m. Friday. Ties will be broken by whichever course has the most positive comments in the section below. We will announce the winner at noon Friday.

So tell us where you get your sporting goods in town, don't foret to leave reviews at their directory pages. And don't forget to tell us in the comments below why.

Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results and reviews on Patch Places. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.

My dad bought me my first softball gear at Al's when I was in elementary school. All throughout elementary school, middle school & high school, We never went anywhere else for bats, gloves, helmets etc! I'm 30yrs old now with my own family, and we continue to buy our kids sporting needs from Al's! Also just got uniforms made for our adult co-Ed softball league at the Santee Sportsplex! Lol! Needless to say, my vote is for Al's Sport Shop!! Thanks for your great service in our community!
