Santee Shopping Center Sells for $3.1 Million

The center is home to local retailers and service providers.

The Mission Plaza retail center, 9535 Mission Gorge Road, has been sold for $3.1 million, according to the San Diego Daily Transcript.

The center features mostly small local retailers, including Pho Ca Dao, Takka Sushi and Goodyear Tires.

Santee-Mission Plaza LLC, a San Diego firm, bought the building, which is nearly 20,000 square feet, in part with a $2.25 million loan from Torrey Pines Bank, according to the report.

Curbstone Investments LLC, of El Cajon, was the prior owner.
