East County REALTORS® are combining real estate fees

The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), a trade group for realtors who serve East County communities, has begun offering local real estate professionals a new automatic monthly payment program that combines several regular real estate business expenses into a single charge on a credit card.

Instead of paying separate bills for access to the Sandicor Multiple Listing Service and lock box key service, along with membership dues to the National Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS® and PSAR, real estate sales agents who are members of PSAR can now make one monthly payment of $82 per month for the remainder of 2013 and $89 per month throughout 2014. Deadline for signup for this program is June 30, according to Richard D’Ascoli, PSAR chief executive officer.

“Some real estate fees paid by real estate professionals are quarterly, while others are annually, and some are made to the association and others are made to the MLS,” said D'Ascoli. “So we have responded to our PSAR members who wanted a simple way to pay all their real estate-related fees in one easy monthly payment.”
