Realtors to learn about escrow and physical inspection on Oct. 9th

The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), a trade group for San Diego-area realtors, will host a class for realtors on escrow and physical inspection from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9 at the PSAR East County Service Center, 1150 Broadway, El Cajon. The class, which is part of PSAR’s “Power Team Boot Camp” fall series, will be taught by PSAR members Steve Buice covering escrow, Gary Gramling covering physical inspection and Joe Ayers on termite inspection. Topics will include an understanding of the principals of an escrow and what a buyer, seller, lender and borrower need to know before a home is sold. Also to be discussed will be the types of home inspections and the importance of an inspection to a property sale. Cost to attend is $15 per person.
