City of Santee Has Money to Give to First Time Home Buyers

Santee has federally regulated money to give for first time home buyers to use towards their down payment and closing costs.

Mr. Santee Rob McNelis, talks about the City of Santee Down Payment Assistance program and gives the detail on how you could get up to $40,000 to use towards your down payment and closing costs of your first home.

This is money that comes from the federal government, and can not be used for any other purpose, so the city wants to get the word out.
