"Get Fit Santee" and Special Give-A-Way

This is week one for our "Get Fit Santee" segment where we will highlight one lower body exercise and one upper body exercise.

This is week one of our "Get Fit Santee" segment where we will highlight one lower body exercise and one upper body exercise that can be done with or without weights or resistance bands.

Our exercises are being taught to us by two professional fitness trainers from right here in Santee.

Joe Scott and Steve Lauria of will be helping us out with this segment (and I think they like to see me in pain a bit more than they should, hummm).

At the end of the video, we have a special discount on a one hour massage from in Santee for the month of January to help you get over your first day of workout soreness.
