"Big Bad" John Minto hangs out with professional personal trainers Joe Scott and Steve Lauria from in Santee to give you two more exercises to add in to your fitness routine.

This week John calls out "Mr. Santee" Rob McNelis for not being there to demonstrate the exercises in person. GI Joe will demonstrate the right way to work out those Quads while Steve gives you direction on the perfect curl.
