Get Fit Santee: Week 5

The fitness guru GI Joe does his best to embarrass "Mr. Santee" Rob McNelis in a couple of different exercises to add to the ones that we have learned in the past three weeks.

The fitness guru GI Joe does his best to embarrass "Mr. Santee" in a couple of different exercises to add to the ones that we have learned in the past three weeks.

All this while "Big Bad" is laughing his back side off behind the camera and also making fun of my struggles with being "Vertically Challenged" (yes I do mean being short).

All and all this is meant to be taken lightly and the real goal is to just challenge the residents of Santee to get up and do some sort of physical activity every day. We would love nothing more than to be known as one of the in the county.
