Friday, March 2, will be the last day to come join us for a free training session durring the final Santee Power Hour form 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. I have to admit that after nine weeks of training (with no change to my horrible eating habits), I have been able to drop over 10 pounds of fat, while adding three pounds of muscle and that feels GREAT!
