Lazer Tag and Red Day are What's Going On In Santee This Week!

This week we have two great charity events.

The first is the annual Keller Williams Realty "Red Day" on Thursday May 9th, where agents from Keller Williams take a day to give back to the communities that they serve. Lisa Lozoya and over 50 other agents from Keller Williams of El Cajon will will be heading to Santee Lakes starting at 9 a.m. to clean, paint, sweep, and weed the grounds in a great example of community spirit. I for one am grateful that they continue to chose Santee as the place that they volunteer at and I am sure that all of those that visit Santee lakes are grateful too! If you would like to volunteer your efforts with them, they will be meeting at the cabins at 9am and expect to be done by around 3pm.

The second event is a Charity Lazer Tag Party; being held at Champion Gymnastics and Cheer (or CGC) located at 10580 Prospect Ave., Suite 101, right here in Santee. The event starts at 4:30pm and will go until 8:30pm. There will be food and drinks available for purchase and of course games of Lazer Tag! The cost will be $7 for 9 lives and unlimited ammunition. The games will be done inside the gymnastics area of the gym with the lights dim and the music cranked!! It is a ton of fun for just about all ages and the proceeds will go towards a much needed foam pit for these young gymnasts and maybe someday Olympic Champions. Come on by and bring the kids for a game (or 10) and know that it is all for a great cause.
