Recap of the WCR Economic Update on Real Estate

Okay, I will start this off by saying that this does not just pertain to Santee. This is mostly about real estate in East County/SD County, with a few Santee tidbits in there. But it is some great info on housing!!

The Women's Council of Realtors (WCR) hosted an economic update March 6, 2012, on the San Diego housing market. The guest speaker was California Association of Realtors Chief Economist Leslie Appelton Young.

She detailed the "State of the Economy" both nationally and locally and gave some great insight to the near and broad future of San Diego real estate. After it was all over I took the opportunity to talk with WCR President Chris Anderson and President Elect Vickie Fageol about what they heard and took from the conference.
