Really, Joe; Upside Down? Get Fit Santee Week 10

When GI Joe (Joe Scott) said you are doing this upside down, my first thought was "Uh, no I am not"!

When GI Joe (Joe Scott) said you are doing this upside down, my first thought was "Uh, no I am not," then he flexed the arms that he told me would be punishing me if I did not give it a try. Yeah, so I tried!

All I can say is that I am happy that we did this video before we worked out and not after, or you would have seen me crack my head! Anyway, enjoy the video and give these two exercises a try yourself. Just make sure your body can handle the upside down one.
