Yes, it is time for the 24th annual "" sponsored by Union Bank of California. The event starts at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday the 1st of December and goes until 7:30 p.m. There will be food and drinks from many of Santee's and surrounding restaurants along with live music by the Honky Tonk Kings.
