Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention Presentation

Prescription drug abuse ranks right behind marijuana use in children ages 12 to 17. Sheriff's deputy David Ross, a member of the Narcotics Task Force, will present a program to teach parents how to recognize the signs of prescription drug abuse and talk to their children about drug abuse and addiction.

It begins at 6 p.m. at Mount Miguel High School. Child care will be available and Spanish translation will be provided.
