So what plan does Santana and West Hills staff intend to implement? When 10 other area schools are in the top 500 nationally, what is needed for Santee students to improve? We need our children to be able to compete nationally and internationally. Just being average is not the answer. If we strive for outstanding we have a better chance of success.
