Fit Club Class

Reservations are required so visit http://tinyurl.com/FitClubReservation to make your reservation. Classes are limited to 9 participants!

This dynamic 50 minute class is a can't miss - a combination of cardiovascular and strength training. Participants are led through a variety of different stations designed to increase the heart rate, strengthen muscles and improve core development. Stations are usually performed for one to two minute intervals and consist of free weights, stability balls, cardio drills, TRX Suspension Trainer, elliptical, exercise bike, resistance tubing and abdominal exercises.  This program is unique in that anyone can participate because you workout at your own level. Regardless of your fitness level, emphasis is placed on exercising safely, having fun, and completing the challenge. Our class is a great way to increase strength, boost aerobic capacity, improve flexibility, lose weight, and break through plateaus! We look forward to working with you to reach your goals!
