Bring bread to feed ducks if you like. There are places to sit and rest a few minutes. There is a restroom there and water fountain. This group has been formed for beginners and people whose doctors have told them to exercise. We may walk three times a week but you will be advised of other meetings. Come and enjoy walking around the beautiful Santee Lakes and get your exercise at the same time. Slow walkers not a problem. This group is not designed for fast walkers! A great way to make new friends.
