An amazing overtime header goal by West Hill's boys varsity soccer team clinched the first round of Division III playoffs.
Tuesday's Division III CIF soccer playoff game didn't look good after Mission Bay tied it up with only 30 seconds left, but the Wolf Pack prevailed in overtime 3-2 in the first round of playoffs.
The West Hills boys varsity soccer team now has a record of 10-8-6, and the win against Mission Bay comes on the heels of their 3-1 defeat of Helix in last week's Conference game.
Joe Fortini led the Wolf Pack's stats with two goals and one assist, including a header from Cole's Stauffer’s throw-in for the golden goal victory, .
