KUSI Previews Blues & BBQ Santee Summer Concert [Video]
Free Summer Concert performances take place Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Town Center Park East stage (550 Park Center Drive).
Santee is expecting between 5,000 and 6,000 people to boogie to some of the best blues music in town and chow down on some of the best BBQ around at the Blues and BBQ Summer Concert Thursday evening.
"Bring the family, bring your picnic, bring your blanket and just have a good time sitting in the park enjoying some great blues music," Councilmember Rob McNelis said to KUSI.
The Blues & BBQ Night on July 18 features food and drink (beer garden) by Santee's own Phil's BBQ and Manzanita Brewing Co. and entertainment by the swingin' blues diva Mercedes Moore Band, and the always popular Bill Magee Blues Band.
The free Summer Concert performances take place Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Town Center Park East stage (550 Park Center Drive).

August 22 — The Catillacs (Featuring a classic car display by the East County Cruisers)
