We Won't Back Down! Tell the CPUC What You Think About Dirty Power

"The public is increasingly aware of the CPUC's pro-utility, anti-consumer bias, and deeply inculcated corruption." -Don Bauder / SD Reader

“The Buck Stops Here!” is a message to deliver in person to the CPUC and greedy utility and energy companies that keep pushing un-needed, dirty power plant projects.

Not-so-Funny Business:  Controversial inter-agency colluding (CEC & CPUC) and CPUC private meetings with “stakeholders” have justifiably outraged San Diegans.

This SD Reader article reveals that the "CPUC head requested another agency to write a letter to help SDGE".

This KUSI Turko Files video reports on a private CPUC "stakeholder" meeting in San Diego.  A week later another Turko Files video reports on a lawsuit brought by a local citizen so CPUC will have to explain how & why private "stakeholder" meetings should be allowed, where press and public are barred from attending.

The public may directly speak to the CPUC next week in San Diego.   After postponing their vote 5 times in Sacramento (while private stakeholders have lobbied the heck out of CPUC), the CPUC is coming to sunny San Diego.

A public CPUC meeting is scheduled Thursday, March 21st at 9 a.m. in Kearny Mesa at the County of San Diego Operations Center at 5520 Overland Ave, San Diego, CA 92123, with a rally starting at 8 a.m.

As we've done throughout the year, and as Public Stakeholders we must again stand together to deliver a resounding message: “We support the CPUC proposed decisions which REJECT new gas power plants in San Diego”.
