It's a Blast! Guardian Angels Church Fest Features Games, Food and Music
Annual community party and parish fundraiser concludes Sunday, and features a $3,000 raffle.
With the theme Blast from the Past, is holding its annual Fall Festival this weekend. Hundreds of congregants and area residents attended Saturday with dozens of food and children’s game booths, plus music, bingo and a live auction. The annual parish fundraiser continues from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at 9310 Dalhurst Rd. in Santee.
Saturday night’s entertainment included music by the Legends with Richard Blank from the Outsiders. Karaoke also is featured at the festival. Among the festival highlights are international food booths, a BBQ dinner, beer garden, bunco and booths selling books, religious items and crafts. A grand raffle with a $3,000 first prize will be held Sunday.
