Santee Pride: Roadside Trash Clean Up by Local Volunteers

Santana Key Club and Santee Kiwanis Club members spent some of their Saturday beautifying local roadways.

The roads of Santee look a bit nicer after eleven Santana High School Key Club members, supported by eight members of the Kiwanis Club of Santee, spent their Saturday clearing rubbish from about three miles of local roadways.

The areas covered included Railroad Avenue and North and South Woodside Avenue.

"The community can be proud of these Key Club members and the community service they provide," wrote Kiwanis member Dan Bartholomew.
