Local Author Book Signing 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Santee Library, 9225 Carlton Hills Blvd.
Novelist and longtime Santee resident Samuel Santana will be at the Santee Library to sign and discuss his newly released book. Send Me An Angel is a WWII historical novel about the Women Airforce Service Pilots.

Manzanita Brewing Co. Tap Takeover and Keep The Glass Night Thursday at Boll Weevil 53- 9621 Mission Gorge Rd. 

City Council Meeting- 7 p.m. Wednesday at City Hall, 9225 Carlton Hills Blvd.
Council will discuss land use changes for a 101-unit housing complex where Pinnacle Peak now stands and the idea of designating Route 52 as a scenic highway.

Santee Food Truck Festival- 4:30 p.m. Friday at Rio Seco School, 9225 Carlton Hills Blvd.

Live, local music by Tom Baird 7 p.m. Friday at Kaffee Meister, 9225 Carlton Hills Blvd.
