Jazzercise is a total body workout that takes place in a group class setting. Every Jazzercise fitness class combines dance-based cardio with strength training, stretching, resistance training, yoga, Pilates and kickboxing to burn calories and sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles. Classes are one hour in length and individuals typically burn 600 calories per class.
