<p>Traditional (or "Trad" for short) American Karate has been in business since 1982, and established their Santee location in 1991. It offers classes to all levels from beginner to advanced students, and group lessons are welcome.</p> <p>Whether you're interested in obtaining your black belt, simply exercising or participating in yoga sessions, Trad AM Karate offers it all for a variety of levels. Led by Sensei Floyd Birk, students will gain exposure to multiple styles of martial arts ranging from Shorin-Ryu Karate to Jujitsu. </p>
