It also provides law enforcement services to residents who live in the unincorporated communities in Lakeside and El Cajon.</p> <p>The San Diego County Sheriff's <a href="http://www.sdsheriff.net/co_svp.html">Senior Volunteer Patrol program</a> assists in certain aspects of law enforement and is in full force in Santee.
