Beat Cancer Bootcamp is a "Recognized Fitness and Support Based Support Program" with classes offered in Mast Park.More Programs are held Monday and Wednesday evenings in the park at 5:30pm and are made for all fitness levels. Classes cost $7 and all money goes to help cancer patients and causes. Saturday classes at 8am are also available. This particular class welcomes all fitness levels and is not exclusive to cancer patients and survivors. Workouts can help with fatigue, stress, muscle pain, joint issues and nausea.
