Described as a "farm-to-table gastropub with homestyle hospitality," the Roots Community Kitchen took over the cool…More vibe of the Via Moto restaurant in summer of 2012. They emphasize the use of food from local farms, ranches and artisans in their dishes, exemplified by the quote on their menu: "The choice is yours, we choose local."</p> <p>The food is a modern style and wide ranging, from pizza, to mussels, chilled cucumber soup, paninis, braised short ribs, pasta, a selection of salads and more. The bar serves wine and beer, with a great selection of local draft brews, including Santee's Manzanita Brew Co.</p> <p>Seating includes a bar with inside or outside seating, huge tables for groups, a patio with a fireplace and a redesign that's made the front more romantic and cozy. Take out is also available. There is both a lunch and dinner menu.</p>

Via…More Moto is a unique dining concept. The restaurant offers both an express service counter where guests can order food fast and a full-service dining area where guests are served by a wait staff.</p> <p>The menu offers Italian fare such as a selection of thin-crust, brick-oven pizzas and a variety of pastas, paninis, salads and entrees.
