Nominate Santee Person of the Year 2013-14 for Chamber of Commerce Award
Nominate an individual who has made a significant contribution to the community, hosted by the Santee Chamber of Commerce.
Do you know someone who deserves recognition for making a significant contribution to the community of Santee's quality of life this year? The Santee Chamber of Commerce is calling for nominations for their 2013-14 Person of the Year Award.
The Person of the Year Award is given annually to an "individual who has made a significant contribution to the community of Santee's quality of life though their involvement in any of a given variety of community activities to include charity, service projects, educational, youth, civic, religious, or other like activities," according to the Chamber.
The award may reflect current contributions or those made over a period of time. Deadline for submission is January 14.

Selection will be solely determined based on the information provided within the nomination narrative.
Last year's honoree was Bob Grande, founder and CEO of a local manufacturing plant Quality Controlled Manufacturing.

The recipient will be recognized at the Santee Chamber’s Award Night celebration on Thursday, February 20, at the Barona Resort and Casino’s Golf Conference Center.
