Chick-fil-A Military Appreciation Day

On May 22, Chick-fil-A restaurants across Southern California, including Santee, will honor the region’s military personnel – and their families – with free meals and a host of events at each restaurant location. This idea was started by a San Diego Chick-fil-A owner whose father was a service member. Now in its third year, scores of Chick-fil-A team members pin photos of their military loved ones to their work uniform, giving away thousands of free meals to service men and women and their families. Over the last two years, more than 28,000 meals have been given away during Military Appreciation Night, and the reach of this event continues to grow.
