Update: Harbor Police Find Missing 12-Year-Old Santee Boy
Eric Alexander Cheyssial was found safe.
A missing 12-year-old boy from Santee was found safe by Harbor Police Tuesday evening after hours of searching by police and search and rescue.
Eric Alexander Cheyssial was last seen walking home from Pride Academy in the 9300 block of Prospect Avenue around 2 p.m. on Tuesday and was found in Downtown San Diego, the 3300 block of Harbor Drive, just after 11 p.m., according to the Sheriff's Department. No information was given about how he got downtown or what occurred while he was missing.
Eric was considered a missing person at risk because of his age.
The Sheriff’s Department thanked their volunteers with the Sheriff’s Search and Rescue Team who came out to look for Eric.
