State of the County Address: County Board of Supervisors Chairwoman Dianne Jacob, who covers Santee's district, will deliver the 2014 State of the County address from the County Operations Center on Wed., Jan. 29 starting at 11 a.m. Video of the address will be streamed live at this link. The video will appear once the event begins.
