January is the first official Santee Health Awareness Month, featuring promotions from a variety of local health providers that should make it easier for residents to improve their health. For the month of January we will offer two free classes for any of our programs if they mention that they are doing it for Santee Health Awareness month. Martial arts available include Krav Maga, MMA, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, PAMAT.
