Daily Dose: Battle of the Bands and Wings Over Santee
Local high school talent at West Hills and some awesome planes flying over town this weekend.
1. West Hills High School is featuring its annual tonight at 6 p.m. Come cheer on some up-and-coming local musical talent!
2. The is starting up on Friday and going until Sunday. The 16th annual air show features famous aircraft of World War II, such as the B-17 Flying Fortress “Sentimental Journey” and B-25 Mitchell “Maid in the Shade.” Even if you don't get down to the tarmac, keep your eyes to the skies this weekend to see some cool planes!
3. It's a real chore keeping track of the weather around these parts... all I have to say is SUNNY, high of 75, low of 52. Perhaps expect a few more clouds this weekend.
