Santee construction, for the week ending 12/11, was pretty much average. No special highs or lows. Steady Santee.

Owners at 9210 Birchcrest Boulevard, 9223 Birchcrest Boulevard, and 10131 Prince Charming Lane made the smart move to solar photovoltaic energy this week. Look for these homes to begin generating their own power, as well as sending electricity back to the grid.

Deborah Hatchell has decided, it seems, to remodel her 584-square foot pool & spa, at 9215 Holmby Way.

A smattering of new water heater installations comprised the balance of construction activity for the week ending December 11, 2011.
