Santee construction activity experienced a slight dip for the week ending October 28. Total building permit activity dropped 11 percent to 24 permits, down from 27 for the previous week.

Two new solar energy projects are ready to build.  Owners at 9223 Birchcrest Boulevard and 10325 Santana Street will soon be generating their own power.

There is a new pool & spa to be built at 9207 Bellagio Road.
