The main purpose of passing the ACA was to provide insurance to the uninsured. Now that the ACA is being implemented, (and delayed until AFTER THE NEXT ELECTION,) the federal government is not even trying to track how many insured have signed up for insurance. Yet just within the last couple of days Obama has said the ACA is working as planned. Now how can he know that when they don't even know if they are meeting the main goal of this law? Wishful thinking won't make this law work, and lying about it won't make it work either.
