How well do you know Santee's restaurants? Well enough to guess the venue from nothing more than a photo of the food?
Sometimes greasy stir fried Chinese food just hits the spot. This pile of chow mein noodles was pretty basic, but the dish, made up mostly of eggplant and chicken, was spicy and some of the best cooked eggplant I'd ever had at a Chinese restaurant- not cooked too soft, but not too tough. Served in classic white styrofome to go box on a generic red tray- got to love it.
If you think you know the local restaurant this was served at, make a guess in the comments. I'll let the answer slip soon.
Hint: Search for the right place in the Patch Places directory.
