Taught by professional fitness trainer, Sandy Swenson, thesepersonalized, low-impact chair exercise classes
are designed to help you lose weight and improve your strength, balance and flexibility. The class is perfect for senior citizens who want to begin exercising but can't afford a fitness club membership. We begin with stretching
and then add 2 or 5 lb. dumbbells with the exercises to strengthen muscles.
