Monday, December 31st will be our first ever New Years Eve Party as Roots Community Kitchen! Now don't misunderstand, this may be our first bash at Roots, but not by far our first rodeo cowboys and girls! Please join Joe, Albert, myself and the rest of our staff for our holiday party.
Here'e the skinny:Your ticket will include, but is not limited to, all party favors, appetizers, one beverage of your choice with dinner, main entrees, dessert and of course a little bit of bubbly when the clock strikes 12 and the balloons drop! Entertainment will be provided by all who do not take themselves too seriously... Rock Band Anyone?! We will need some rotating band members... a singer, a guitarist and of course a drummer. About the food:
-roasted eggplant with garlic crostini -bacon wrapped scallops -chicken consomme -marinated beet and radish salad-pan seared seabass over nettle greens w/ginger soy -fettucini w/ butternut squash bechemel and beef cheek -chocolate truffle brittle
Festivities will begin at 7p with tray passed hors d'oeuvres. We will be serving exclusively South Coast Wines and Sparklings and our normal beer selection is available. Each ticket includes one beverage with dinner and one glass of Sparkling for the toast. Additional beverages available for $5 each.
