SAY NO TO CASTLEROCK NOW!

Santee City Council Hearing 7 PM, October 9

Tell the Council that Castlerock still has significant environmental impacts that are feasible to avoid or mitigate below a level of significance and that is their duty as a responsible agency under the law to insist upon it.

San Diego Planning Commissioners leveled serious criticisms...

"The project in the current form is detrimental to the health, safety, and welfare of potential residents."
Commissioner Anthony Wagner

"The sustainability features are just not there."
Commissioner Tim Golba

"You're [Pardee Homes] doing the absolute bare minimum.  Where's the solar...There was a time when Pardee was cutting edge, but that time has passed you by."
Commissioner Eric Naslund.
"There are too many issues that can't be dealt with. I will not be able to approve the project."
Commissioner Theresa Quiroz
