Starlight Circle, one of East County's premier neighborhood holiday light displays, sits a short walk from Santana High School in Santee and is in full gear this time of year.

To get there, take Tomel Court off of North Magnolia Avenue to West Glendon Circle. See the light action 6-11 p.m. through Dec. 26.

There are also a bunch of houses on Placid View that are worth going to see this year. Apparently, one house has a mechanical Santa that will talk to you!

Check out a selection of photos posted to Instagram of holiday decorations and Christmas lights around town.

Thanks to all Santee residents that spend all the time and money to light up the city during the holidays!

Comment: Where else in Santee can people find great holiday lights?
