Retired Santee School District Psychologist Dr. Svea Marie Hewett Dies at 71
The San Diego resident spent many years at the Santee School District.
Retired Santee School District Psychologist Dr. Svea Marie Hewett died April 26, according to a recent obituary in UT San Diego.
She earned a Masters Degree in psychology at Michigan State University and became a resident of San Diego in the 1970s, earning her Doctorate in psychology.
After years in private practice, she joined the Santee School District as a school psychologist, retiring in 2010.
