FYI to all readers that are concerned about rising water and sewer rates. There are 24 water districts/agencies in San Diego County,all buying water from the same place,the San Diego Water Authority. One for every 125,000 people,with their administrative expenses,board salaries,the works. As an Example,the Helix Water District spends ONLY 44% of their 89 million dollar budget to BUY WATER. The rest is Admin. 41,4% and other. FYI.
