Another Prescribed Burn in Deep East County

Seeing smoke in the skies again? Don't be alarmed.

CAL FIRE will be conducting in the area of McCain Valley, the far eastern reaches of the county on Jan. 11 and 12.

Smoke will likely be seen around the county during the daylight hours on those days.

This 90 acres of prescribed burn, as well as last week's burns, are part of the Vegetation Management Burn plan.
