A man on a motorcycle was arrested Wednesday morning on suspicion of DUI, running from a Sheriff's deputy and driving the wrong down Route 125 in Santee.
Around 9 a.m. Wednesday a deputy tried to pull over the speeding motorcycle traveling westbound on Mission Gorge Road. The motorcycle was reported to have went through a red light and ended up going the wrong way on Route 125, according to 10 News.
The motorcyclist ditched the bike on the side of the highway and took off on foot. The deputy chased the man down and arrested him on suspicion of DUI.
