• The LED sign atop the clock tower at Trolley Square needs replacing at a cost of $110,000, to be paid by Transportation Development Act funds. The current screen was installed in 2004 and has reached "end-of-life status." The new screen will display the status of the trolley.

• City Council must update a list of all boards, committees and commissions and their members appointed by the Council, including COMPOC, Manufactured Home Fair Practices Commission, SPARC and more (see full list, including appointees in the agenda PDF).

Oath of Office

Election results will be read into the minutes, and an oath of office will be read for Mayor Randy Voepel and Councilmember Jack Dale, both incumbents. John Minto will also be installed as Vice-Mayor (councilmembers switch terms each year).
