After more than a year of discussion and , the council voted unanimously to allow them the permits to move their campus to the in Town Center.

It looks like the campus will gradually be moved in over the next 18 months, with a lot of expansion and economic development possibilities in the future. Their current enrollment of over 500 students could grow to 1,200 in the next ten years.
