Adjournment in Memory

This week's council meeting will be adjourned in memory of "our fallen heroes lost in combat in Afghanistan. 'Darkhorse' 3rd Battalion 5th Marines have been engaged in heavy combat and lost 12 marines; nine in just four days."

Consent Calendar
The council must authorize the installation of a stop sign at the intersection of Allenwood Way and Beck Drive.
Public Hearing
Continued hearing to allow Imported Motor Cars to move into 11421 Woodside Ave.
Ordinances
The speed limit on Fanita Parkway must be re-certified in order to enforce it with radar. The suggestion is to raise the speed limit from 35 to 40 m.p.h. .
Continued Business
The council will chose whether or not to approve of budget amendments, including the addition of firefighters,

• John Minto's one year term as Vice Mayor is up, Rob McNelis is the next in line to take the position.
